When meeting with Dr. Weintraub, patients are themselves able to state what outcome they desire. In this case, the patient disliked the convexity of her nasal profile and the lack of definition of her tip. She asked that Dr. Weintraub create pre-tip retroussé which can be seen in the intra-operative photograph, and again in the postoperative photo. Retroussé can be defined as the subtle depression in the pre-tip area before the nasal tip begins.
