What causes conical, protrusive nipples? It’s not the nipple itself; it’s the fat and male breast tissue (also known as “the gland”) herniating from behind the nipple, pushing it forward. Dr. Weintraub employs basket cannulas to remove this male breast tissue and fat. Using only a tiny port located in the armpit, Dr. Weintraub extracts the fat and the glad, creating a confluently smooth chest.
