This patient wanted to eliminate excess skin and fat of the lower face, jowls and neck, while retaining his original nose. A lower-face suspension was performed, securing the deep SMAS layers, smoothing out the lower face, removing the jowls and sharpening the jawline. A comprehensive neck lift was also performed by Dr. Weintraub.
