This patient suffered from the classic signs of the aging female face, including excess eyelid skin as well as laxity of the cheeks, jowls and neck. A natural face-and-neck suspension was performed by Dr. Weintraub along with a conservative eyelift. Fat transfer was also employed to augment the cheekbone area.
