Oversized and disproportionate breasts can be a problem for young patients as well. This patient disliked her asymmetric, large breasts with down-pointing nipples. Dr. Weintraub performed a breast reduction using the inferior pedicle technique, meaning that nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed were both preserved. This early post-operative photo shows the incisional lines, which fade to being skin-colored with time.
